After 25 years as a marketing and communication professional working around the globe, I’ve discovered that ALL marketing strategies and issues come back to the above 3 very basic marketing steps. It doesn’t matter how big or small the campaign or strategy, or whether the company is multi-national or a single product solo-business, the process and principles are always the same. 

The other terrific thing about these 3 marketing steps is that they don’t rely on technology or an economic boom. They have and will always work in every and all marketing situations.
